Crowned in Eden specializes in handcrafted, made-to-order luxury floral designs. To ensure the highest quality flowers and materials, most orders require a minimum of 3–5 business days' notice.

Next-day orders are subject to availability and require prior approval. Please contact us directly before placing a next-day order to confirm we can accommodate your request.

Weekend orders (Saturday or Sunday pickup or delivery) must be placed by Thursday of that same week.

Same-day service is not available at this time.

Rush orders (3 days or less) may be accepted at Crowned in Eden's discretion based on flower availability, inventory, and scheduling. A $50 rush fee applies and will be reflected on your Square invoice.

Fresh flowers are natural products and may vary in size, shape, color, fragrance, and bloom stage. Variations are normal and contribute to the unique beauty of each arrangement.

During processing and design, flowers may be trimmed, conditioned, removed, or adjusted as needed to maintain the overall quality, structure, and appearance of the arrangement. Crowned in Eden reserves the right to make design modifications necessary to ensure a beautiful finished product while preserving the overall value and aesthetic of the arrangement.

Proper flower care after pickup or delivery is the responsibility of the recipient. Flower longevity will vary based on environmental conditions and care practices.

While every effort is made to use the exact flowers and colors requested, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability, wholesaler inventory, quality concerns, or supply chain limitations.

Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design intent of the arrangement.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all custom orders and event dates.

Orders are not considered confirmed until the retainer has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the agreed-upon due date may result in cancellation of the order.

Crowned in Eden is a home-based studio. All pickups are conducted at public meetup locations convenient to you. Current pickup areas include North Hills, Knightdale, and Nashville, NC. Walk-in studio coming soon.

Customers are responsible for arriving during their scheduled pickup window. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

Once an arrangement has been picked up, Crowned in Eden is not responsible for damage resulting from transportation, handling, weather exposure, accidental damage, or improper care.

Delivery is available throughout Eastern North Carolina and the Raleigh-Durham area.

Delivery fees are determined based on the delivery location and will be included on your invoice before payment is due.

If you have questions about delivery to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

The recipient or designated contact should be available to receive the arrangement at the scheduled delivery time. Crowned in Eden is not responsible for damage occurring after successful delivery has been completed.

While Crowned in Eden makes every effort to deliver arrangements within the scheduled timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be notified of significant delays whenever possible.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the custom nature of our designs, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for completed custom orders, delivered arrangements, or arrangements that have been picked up.

If a cancellation is requested after flowers or supplies have been purchased, the retainer remains non-refundable.

Inspiration photos are used as design references only.

Exact replication of another designer's work cannot be guaranteed. Crowned in Eden will create a custom arrangement inspired by the requested style while maintaining its own design approach, artistic interpretation, and available materials.

Product photos may vary slightly from the final arrangement due to flower availability, bloom stage, lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural variations in flowers.

Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice based on flower market conditions, seasonal availability, wholesale pricing, and material costs. Quotes provided directly by Crowned in Eden will be honored for the period stated in the quote.
